| 内容記述 | [概要]地震や豪雨などによる災害が相次いでいるが，中小企業における事業継続計画（BCP）の策定はあまり進んでいない。一方，環境マネジメントシステムは中小企業にも既に定着しており，またリスクベース思考であるため，BCP と相性がよい。PDCA サイクルを回す環境マネジメントシステムに BCP を組み込むことは「有効な BCP」の普及策の１つになると考え，既に統合を図って推進している企業２社と，事業継続マネジメントシステムに温暖化対策を盛り込んだ JPSMS の認証登録企業にインタビューおよびアンケート調査を行った。本研究では，中小企業の調査を通じて，環境マネジメントシステムに BCP を統合することの有効性を明らかにした。 [Abstract] In recent years, disasters such as earthquakes and heavy rain have occurred one after another, however the formulation of BCP in SMEs has not progressed much. Meanwhile, the environmental management system based on ISO14001 and EA21 has already spread even to SMEs, and th0ese derive from risk-based thinking, so they are compatible with BCP. Therefore, we conducted a questionnaire survey or interviewed companies incorporating BCP in the environmental management system, as well as JPSMS certified companies which are incorporating environmental activities into the business continuity management system. In this research, the effectiveness of integrating BCP and Environmental Management System was clarified through the survey of SMEs. |
