| 内容記述 | [抄録]わが国では働く女性が増えている。そんな中、政府主導で働き方改革が進められている。また、これまでの日本の雇用スタイルに変化を与えそうな企業の動き、たとえば、就活ルールの変更、副業解禁などがある。さらに、終身雇用を維持していくことが難しいといった趣旨の企業経営者の発言もある。本稿では、働き方改革や企業の動きがこれからの女性労働者の働き方にどのような影響を与えるのかを考察する。まず、日本の女性労働者が抱える課題を先行研究から抽出する。次に、統計データから現在の日本の女性労働者の状況を確認する。そして、働き方改革の一環として改正された法律の内容のポイント、企業の動き、企業経営者の発言等を整理することで、今後の日本の雇用社会の方向性を探る。その上で、これからの女性労働者の働き方を考察する。 [Abstract]The number of female workers has been on the increase in Japan. In such a situation, the government is taking the initiative in its work style reform. And, there are some company movements that will bring changes to a conventional Japanese employee style. For example, they are changes to job hunting rules and the lifting of side jobs. In addition, some presidents said that it is hard to keep lifetime employment. In this report, the author will consider the effects of work style reform and new movements of companies on female workers. First, the author extracts the problems that face female workers from previous studies. Second, this paper overviews circumstances of Japan's female workers from statistical data. Third, the author gets thoughts together such as the contents of law amendments as part of work style reform, the movements of companies and presidents' remarks. Finally, the study explores the future direction of employment systems in Japanese society. In addition, it examines the way work style for female employees ought to be in future. |
