(1)We developed a future forecasting method using internal data such as POS data and external environmental data such as weather and events. (2)As a spatial layout design, we developed a method to analyze the behavior of customers and customers in a restaurant using two-dimensional cellular automaton and multi-agent simulation. As temporal layout design, we developed a staff scheduling method that can improve customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and manager satisfaction in a restaurant.
