In addition, PKC and MEK inhibitor suppressed the oxaliplatin- and paclitzxel-induced neuropathy via PKC/ERK pathways. These findings suggest that PKC and MEK inhibitors are potentially useful for oxaliplatin- and paclitaxel-induced neuropathy.
