 note = {https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/grant/KAKENHI-PROJECT-16K09084/, 研究成果の概要（和文）：複数のデータベース（DB）を解析し、副作用の発現傾向及びリスク因子を探索した。日本、米国、カナダなどの複数のDBを用いて、副作用を網羅的に発現傾向及びリスク因子の地域差を解析した。複数のDBの探索から、副作用の予測への活用に加え日本特有の副作用を把握できた。興味深い知見として、多剤併用に関する地域差の可能性を見い出した。また、薬剤と副作用の抑制的な関連性を見い出した。複数のDBの解析から副作用の発現傾向及ぴリスク因子の地域差をあぷり出したことは、臨床現場に寄与すると思われる。研究成果の概要（英文）：This is the study to evaluate the differences of the adverse event profiles among multiple databases (DBs). We comprehensively searched for the risk factors of adverse events using DBs from countries such as Japan, the United States, and Canada. We exposed country-specific profiles of adverse events. It is particularly worth noting for comparisons in polypharmacy among DBs. We found some inverse relationships between drugs and adverse events.
