| 内容記述 | [Abstract]This paper will look at how teachers can ethically flourish in the classroom. It also suggests how students can be helped to flourish too. The paper will describe selffullness, phronesis, reconstruction and natality, and it will then show how these help both the teacher and student to ethically flourish. Natality will be described by breaking it down into its three constituents of labour, work, and action, all of which need to be present for ethical flourishing to happen. The paper will also show that natality in education can be achieved by both the teacher and the students due to the reciprocal nature of classroom activities. It will also show that when students can choose what they want to study, natality can be achieved to a higher degree by both the students and the teacher. | |||||||||
