For example, consider the opposites of the Japanese word \"takai\". They are \"hikui (low)\" and \"yasui (cheap)\". In English, the opposite of \"high\" is \"low\" and the opposite of \"expensive\" is \"cheap\". In this way, Japanese and English are sometimes not the same. Can you imagine the opposite of two being three? It would be hard to imagine, but you might understand when they are given as ni(2) in \"nimaime (handsome guy) \" and san(3) in \"sanmaime (an unsophisticated guy) \". In an another instance, the opposite of \"sen(1000)-ryou-yakusya (a popular actor)\" is \"daikon (radish)-yakusya (a bad actor)\". These opposites are derived from Japanese acting culture. In this article, the contents of the lyrics will be explained in order to examine what kind of things can be learned using the music teaching material for Japanese language education \"The Song of Antonyms\" created in July 2018. As it is distinctive that in lyrics, antonyms are categorized into parts of speech such as adjectives, adverbs, nouns, verbs, proverbs, and so on, they can be applied to Japanese language education.
