| 内容記述 | It is ODA that is an effective means for Japan to contribute to the Middle East region. Therefore, first of all, it can be said that considering Japanese ODA is the first step of research. Criticisms of ODA like "Japan's aid policy lacks a clear philosophy" are made by Mr. Washimi and Mr. Murai1. Meanwhile, Mr. Kohama and Mr. Teranishi claimed that it was apparent from the ex post observation that recipient countries will be smooth in economic development, although Japan's aid did not have a clearly expressed idea2. Mr. Watanabe also argued that Japan’ said had a clear idea of "self-help effort support.3" It was Mr. Dennis Yasutomo who claimed that Japan's ODA policy was not moved only by consideration of the United States but began pursuing common interests with the Western camp and developing countries4.Here are just a few representative ODA researchers. As a previous study, it is important to consider how to deal with Japan’s ODA issues in the Middle East region by referring to previous research on the way Japan’s ODA.As mentioned in the research outline above, Japan has never been able to work on peace with the Middle East with its own initiative. Therefore, realizing the "corridor of peace and prosperity" that Japan is now working on can be taken up as a new model of peace from the viewpoint of “Soft Power”: “Japanese-style Middle East Peace Model”. | |||||||||
