| 内容記述 | Every year at our school, we have to spend a lot of energy on data-input and its correction of many application forms and survey forms for entrance exams. During that time, overtime work increases, and working conditions become worse. In order to reduce such work, an application that supports data-input and its correction has been developed. This application was named "NIO", an abbreviation of "Never Input Overtime". "NIO" has several features: firstly it saves images of the documents, and as a consequence it helps us to omit repetitive handling of the original documents; secondly it reduces the number of manual inputs by referring to past input data; thirdly it visualizes the current progress of these tasks. By adopting this application, we were able to drastically reduce the amount of overtime work. | |||||||||
