Conventional researches have shown that the heat transfer performance improves by processing the re-entrant micro cavities on the heat transfer surface. However, it is sometimes difficult to additionally process many micro cavities on a heat transfer surface. In this study, we attempted to promote nucleate boiling on the heat transfer surface using the metal foil which was processed many reentrant micro cavities. Micro cavities on the metal foil are processed by the dies. The micro cavity can be easily installed by the attaching this metal foil to the heat transfer surface. The experimental results show that the metal foil with reentrant micro cavities was prompted nucleate boiling on the heat transfer surface., application/pdf}, pages = {29--32}, title = {微細加工を施した金属箔による核沸騰促進に関する研究}, year = {2019}, yomi = {ハギノ, ナオト and ムラタ, ケイジ and アラガ, コウイチ and クツワ, タケシ} }
