| 内容記述 | [概要]本調査研究は，企業が不正防止システムを重層的に設置しているにもかかわらず，一向に企業不正がなくならない理由を解明しようとするものである。そこで，今回，全国証券取引所上場企業に対して企業不正防止策の設置状況とその有効性に関するアンケート調査を実施した。その結果，内部通報制度など比較的機能しているシステムがある反面，利益第一主義的な経営トップの考えや職場風土，全ての会社構成員に対する倫理教育への限界等が不正防止システムを機能不全に陥れている最大の要因であることが確認された。 [Abstract] This research aims to clarify the reasons why corporation failed in preventing organization’s cheats, although they have installed injustice prevention systems in multiple layers. Therefore, the author targeted at the companies that have been widely reported by mass media for their injustice, and conducted a series of investigations including interviews on executives and heads of the Internal Auditing Office, and a questionnaire survey for listed companies. As the result, the author confirmed that the most important reasons what made the system did not work are as follows. １) There is a relatively functioning system such as internal reporting system, but on the other hand, the top manager’s notion that based on profit first and the workplace climate are functioning. ２) The ethics education for every one of the company is limited. |
