| 内容記述 | [概要]本稿の目的は，経済産業省が示した「IT 経営力指標」は企業の IT 投資の効果を促進する役割があるのかどうかを分析することである。企業アンケート調査から得られたデータをもとに実証分析を行った結果，主に以下の結果が得られた。まず，IT 経営力を備えている企業ほど，IT 投資の効果全体が高かった。また，IT 投資の効果をコスト削減効果と増収益効果に分類化した後でも，IT 経営力は IT 投資の効果を高めていた。最後に，IT 経営力指標を社会的に達成度が高いものと低いものとに分類した場合，社会的に達成度が高い IT 経営力は IT 投資のコスト削減効果をもたらすことが分かった。これらの結果は，IT 経営力が企業の生産性を高めるのに重要な役割を果たすことを示唆するものである。 [Abstract] In this study, we examine whether IT managerial index proposed by Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry enhance IT investments. Using data from a questionnaire survey, we obtain the following findings. First, firms with greater IT managerial power are more likely to enjoy benefits from IT investments. In addition, we obtain similar results after the benefits from IT investments are divided into the benefits from increase in revenues and the benefits from reduction in costs. Finally, when IT managerial index are classified into components of higher levels of achievements and components of lower levels of achievements, components of higher levels of achievements produce reduction in costs of IT investments. Overall, these results show that IT managerial index play an important role in enhancing firm’s productivities. |
