University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_33":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"[抄録]片側性顎下腺多数唾石を認めた1例を経験した．【症例】患者：45歳，女性．【既往歴】30年前に近在歯科にて右側顎下腺開口部付近の唾石を摘出した．【現症】右側口腔底に顕著な腫脹は認めなかったが，右側顎下腺開口部からの唾液の流出が認めなかった．CT画像にて，顎下腺管に沿って5個の石灰化物を認め，最後方の最も大きい石灰化物は右側顎下腺体内に認めた．【臨床診断】右側顎下腺多数唾石症．【処置および経過】全身麻酔下にて，口腔外および口腔内アプローチで，右側顎下腺体と顎下腺管を一体として摘出し，5個の唾石を摘出した．【考察】本邦における片側性顎下腺多数唾石症における報告例と自験例をあわせた6例について検討した．唾石は，右側が5例，左側が1例で，右側に多い傾向にあった．唾石は，腺管内が4例，腺管内と腺体内の両方に認めたものが自験例を含め2例であった．唾石症の画像診断に関して，初診時単純Ｘ線のみの評価で，腺管内の唾石症と診断し，腺管内の唾石摘出術が施行されたが，再度 CT画像検査を行ったところ，腺体内にも唾石があったことが判明し，2回手術を要した報告例もあり，自験例は初診時に単純Ｘ線とCT画像検査を行い，唾石の位置と数を正確に確認でき，1回の手術で唾石をすべて摘出することができた．多数唾石症を疑う所見を認めた場合，単純Ｘ線と同時にCT画像検査を行うことも，正確な診断と治療を行うためには必要であると考える．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_41":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_14":{"attribute_name":"出版者
