| 内容記述 | 【概要】本稿は，生涯現役を前提とする日本の伝統文化専門職のキャリア形成に着目し，京都花街の芸舞妓（集団芸）と上方落語家（一人芸）の育成構造を比較事例研究として分析した。先行研究に基づき芸舞妓の育成構造を概念化した図表を作成し，調査データに基づき上方落語家の育成構造も図表にまとめた。両事例の比較を通じて，以下の二点が明らかになった。第一に，育成の核は「教わる経験を持ち，キャリア形成に応じて教える経験を経て，教わると教えるがつながり，それが専門職の熟達に寄与する」という双方向的な育成の連鎖で，これは後進への指導をキャリア形成に応じて担うという専門職の連携が基盤になって支えられている。第二に，一人芸である上方落語家は，「咄を聞き覚える」という学び方の特色や，一門の壁を超えた「斜めの関係」からの助言を積極的に活用しており，自己のオリジナリティ確立を重視することが分かった。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study focuses on the career development of Japanese traditional cultural professionals, who are characterized by a commitment to lifelong practice. Through a comparative case study, it analyzes the developmental structures of Geiko/Maiko (performing in groups) in the Kyoto Hanamachi and Kamigata Rakugo storytellers (performing solo). Based on previous research, the developmental structure of Geiko/Maiko was conceptualized into a diagram, and a similar structural model for Kamigata Rakugo storytellers was developed through the analysis of survey data. A comparison of the two cases revealed two key findings. First, the core of professional development is a bidirectional "continuum of learning and teaching." In this cycle, the experience of being taught leads to the experience of teaching others according to one's career stage, and this connection significantly contributes to professional mastery. This cycle is sustained by a foundation of professional collaboration, where the responsibility for guiding juniors is integrated into the career path. Second, it was found that Kamigata Rakugo storytellers, as solo performers, emphasize the establishment of their own originality. They utilize unique learning methods such as "learning by listening and memorizing" (kiki-oboeru) and actively seek advice through "diagonal relationships" that transcend the boundaries of their respective schools (ichimon). | |||||||||||||
