| 内容記述 | The new nursery teacher training curriculum has been applied to new students from 2019. As a result, the subjects that teach social work have been aggregated into three subjects; “Social welfare”, “Family support for children” and “Support for childcare”. On the other hand, the social work required for nursery schools and child welfare facilities is wide ranging from the ability to communicate with parents, the building of trusting relationships with parenting families and micro-level assistance to macro-level assistance. Therefore, the discussions are ongoing from the late 1990’s. Based on the above points, this paper clarifies the following four points; firstly, the background the need for childcare social work, secondly, the range of social work required by the childcare guidelines, thirdly, the social work at nursery schools, and fourthly, the scope of childcare social work and the range of social work to be taught in the new nursery teacher training curriculum by considering a review the curriculum and examining the range of social work that students should learn. | |||||||||
