| 内容記述 | Now that the needs for childcare are expanding, it can be said that, despite an increase in the number of potential childcare workers in education, the shortage of childcare workers is a serious problem that may cause a decline in the quality of childcare. In recent years, there has not only been an aim to implement measures for the quantitative expansion of childcare, but also those that guarantee the quality of childcare. Even in professional training colleges, it can be said that the challenge for educators is not only to provide the students’ professional education, but also to elevate the students’ career consciousness and help them grow as people. In this study, we will review the research findings and clarify the relationship between the levels of the students’ motivation prior to beginning their professional training, and their subsequent careers. | |||||||||
