| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、特別支援教育における教師の授業力量に関する研究の動向と課題を明らかにすることであった。本研究においては、授業力量を「知識」「行動あるいは技術」「意思決定」の3 つの側面から捉えることとした。特別支援教育における3 つの側面に関する研究を概観したところ、各側面について一定の研究知見が蓄積されていることが明らかになった。一方、知的障害教育や肢体不自由教育、特別支援学校に関する研究が中心であった。また、特別支援教育に携わる教師の授業力量に関する研究が十分に蓄積されているとはいえないことが明らかになった。今後は、3 つの側面に対して、校種・障害種・教育方法などの対象を限定した上で、研究知見の蓄積が求められる。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the research trends and issues regarding teachers' instructional competence in special needs education. In this study, instructional competence was conceptualized from three aspects: "knowledge," "behavior or skills," and "decision-making." An overview of research on these three aspects in special needs education revealed that a certain amount of research findings has been accumulated for each aspect. However, the research was primarily focused on education for students with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and special support schools. It was also found that research on the instructional competence of teachers engaged in special needs education has not been sufficiently accumulated. Future research needs to accumulate findings for the three aspects while limiting the scope to specific school types, disability categories, and educational methods. | |||||||||
