| 内容記述 | 本研究はキャリア探索が活発な学生とそうではない学生を比較し、就職活動ストレスの影響の違いを確認すると共に、キャリア探索の種類の違いによって就職活動ストレスが異なるのかを検討した。結果、キャリア探索の「自己理解」高群は低群より、他者と自分を比較する「他者比較」の就職活動ストレスを受けていることが示唆された。キャリア探索の「情報収集」は情報収集の活発化の程度とは関係なく、どの就職活動ストレスにも関連していなかった。キャリア探索の「キャリア支援活用」高群は低群より、時間の制約に関する「時間的制約」の就職活動ストレスを受けていることが示唆された。 就職活動においてキャリア探索を促進させることは重要であるが、キャリア探索の活発化にばかり目を向けてしまうと、そこに生じる就職ストレスを軽視してしまう可能性がある。キャリア探索を支援する立場にいる者は、個人のストレス状況やその特性を踏まえた相談対応や支援を実施することが必要である。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study compared students with active career exploration to those without, examining differences in the impact of job-hunting stress and whether job-hunting stress varies based on the type of career exploration. Results suggested that the high group in “self-understanding” career exploration experienced more job-hunting stress related to “comparing oneself to others” than the low group. Career exploration's “information gathering” was not associated with any job-hunting stress, regardless of the level of information gathering activity. The high group in career exploration's “utilization of career support” was suggested to experience more job-hunting stress related to time constraints than the low group. While promoting career exploration during job hunting is important, focusing solely on intensifying career exploration risks overlooking the resulting job-hunting stress. Those supporting career exploration must provide counseling and support tailored to individuals' stress levels and characteristics. | |||||||||
