| 内容記述 | 本研究は、社会構成主義の理論的枠組みを基盤とし、組織マネジメントへの応用可能性を検討することを目的とする。従来のトップダウン型マネジメントが効率性や統制を重視するのに対し、社会構成主義的アプローチは組織を「意味を共創する場」と捉え、対話やナラティブ、関係性の質を中心に変革を促す。Appreciative Inquiryやナラティブ・マネジメントを通じた実践例を整理し、理論と現場の接続を明らかにすることで、柔軟かつ包摂的な組織運営の設計指針を提示するものである。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aims to examine the applicability of social constructionism to organizational management, grounded in its theoretical framework. While traditional top-down management emphasizes efficiency and control, the social constructionist approach views organizations as “spaces for co-creating meaning,” promoting transformation centered on dialogue, narratives, and the quality of relationships. By organizing practical examples through Appreciative Inquiry and narrative management and clarifying the connection between theory and practice, this study presents design guidelines for flexible and inclusive organizational management. | |||||||||
