| 内容記述 | 【要旨】医療業界の多くは，労働集約型産業であり，医療の現場の人手不足と業務負担はかなり逼迫している。こうした中で，生成AIが急成長をしながらもその運用が一般化し，さまざまな業界で利活用され，各業界での働き方や業務のオペレーションを変化させてきた。人材不足の中，貴重な医療人材を本来のエッセンシャルワークとしての医療サービスに集中できる環境にしていくためにも生成AIの活用は欠かせない。医療業界ではより業務を効率化させ，医療サービスをより向上させるために生成AIの現場への適用と利用が鍵となってきている。本稿では1つのケースとして株式会社medimoのAIカルテ作成サービスの提供によるAIによる医療現場の効率化について考察を進める。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Much of the healthcare industry is labor-intensive, with severe staffing shortages and heavy workloads plaguing clinical settings. Amidst this, AI has experienced rapid growth while its implementation has become widespread, being utilized across various industries and transforming workstyles and operational processes in each sector. Amidst this talent shortage, leveraging generative AI is essential to create an environment where valuable healthcare personnel can focus on their core essential work: providing medical services. Within healthcare, applying and utilizing generative AI in clinical settings has become key to further streamlining operations and enhancing medical services. This paper examines one case study: how medimo Inc.'s AI medical record creation service contributes to efficiency gains in healthcare settings through AI. | |||||||||
