| 内容記述 | 【要旨】日本は，超少子高齢社会となり労働人口が急減する中で経済活動ないし生産活動を維持していくために外国人労働者を積極的に受け入れてきている。しかし，外国人を受け入れることは，国籍，民族などが異なる多様な人々から成る多文化共生社会をいかに実現するかということが課題となる。このことは外国人を採用し事業を展開する経営者にとっても，言語や文化，宗教や価値観などが異なる人々をいかにマネジメントするかが大きな課題となる。民族，文化，宗教，言語，生活習慣，あるいは価値観などが異なる人々が共に生きていくためには，それぞれが相互に理解し合えるコミュニケーションが必要である。それでは多文化共生社会に求められるコミュニケーションとは何であろうか。あるいは企業経営者が外国人労働者を採用し育成して企業を成長発展させるためには，どのようなコミュニケーションが必要であろうか。本稿は，文化とは何か，共生とは何かを検討して，多文化共生社会に求められるコミュニケーションを解明することを目的としている。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Japan has become an ultra-low birthrate and a super-aged society with a sharply declining labor population, and to sustain economic and production activities, it has been actively accepting foreign workers. However, accepting foreigners poses the challenge of how to realize a multicultural coexistence society composed of diverse people with different nationalities and ethnicities. For business managers who hire foreigners and run their businesses, a major challenge lies in managing diverse people whose languages, cultures, religions, and values differ. For people with different ethnicities, cultures, religions, languages, lifestyles, or values to live together harmoniously, communication that fosters mutual understanding is essential. So, what kind of communication is required for a multicultural coexistence society? Alternatively, what type of communication would be necessary for business managers to hire and train foreign workers in order to develop and grow their companies? This paper aims to discuss what culture is and what coexistence means, and to elucidate the communication required for a multicultural coexistence society. | |||||||||||||
