| 内容記述 | 【概要】本研究では，大学生の就職活動に着目し，大学生を支援するソーシャルサポートと就職活動ストレス，さらには，達成動機との関係性を明らかにした。調査は，本学の大学3年生103名と他大学の3年生33名の合計136名を対象にアンケート調査を行った。データ分析の結果，就職活動の満足度が高くなるほど，職業適性ストレス，企業関連ストレスが 低くなることが示された。また，就職活動の満足度と助言的サポートとの間に正の相関が示され，さらには，すべての達成動機との間に正の相関が示された。つぎに，ソーシャル サポートの行動的サポート，傾聴的サポートと社会的達成欲求，挑戦的欲求との間に正の相関が示され，助言的サポートと社会的達成欲求，成功達成欲求との間に正の相関が示された。この様に，大学生が満足の高い就職活動ができれば，就職後の企業とのミスマッチングが減少されると予測され，さらには，ソーシャルサポートの多様な支援により，社会に貢献したい，挑戦し成長したいなどの達成動機を高められることがわかった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study focuses on university students' job-hunting activities and aims to clarify the relationships among social support for students, job-hunting stress, and achievement motivation. A questionnaire survey was conducted with a total of 136 third-year university students — 103 from our university and 33 from other university students. The data analysis revealed that higher satisfaction with job-hunting was associated with lower levels of stress related to vocational aptitude and company-related concerns. Additionally, job-hunting satisfaction showed a positive correlation with advisory support as well as with all forms of achievement motivation. Furthermore, behavioral support and empathic listening support were positively correlated with social achievement needs, and challenge-oriented needs. Advisory support was also positively correlated with social achievement needs, and success achievement needs. These findings suggest that if university students are able to engage in satisfying job-hunting experiences, the risk of mismatch with future employers may be reduced. Moreover, diverse forms of social support can enhance students’ achievement motivations, such as their desire to contribute to society, take on challenges, and pursue personal growth. | |||||||||
