With the recent rise in global temperatures, there has been a decline in the harvest of agricultural products due to the reproduction of insects, which are said to be pests. At the same time, there is a concern that various diseases brought by pests will develop over a wide area. Recently, as housing conditions have improved, household mites that breed indoors are proliferating. As one way of dealing with this problem, we have extracted extracts from foods that are safely and securely used ingredients in daily life, and searched for ingredients that have anti-mite effects. As a result, when using the house dust mite, one of the target mite (Dermatophagoides farina), it was found that the extracts extracted from Echinops sphaerocephalus, Pimpinella anisum, and Cymbopogon citratus the expected repellency rate (%). |
