| 内容記述 | 大阪府藤井寺市および羽曳野市の古墳を対象に、生物相（セミ類・アリ類）および住民の意識を調査し、古墳の生物多様性保全機能と環境教育的効果を検証した。その結果、古墳では都市公園に比べてセミ類の多様度が高く、特異なアリ類も確認され、都市内における生物多様性の保全に寄与する可能性が示唆された。一方、自然や地域への愛着および環境配慮行動は、公園や神社への訪問頻度と関連しており、古墳のような視覚的な緑地よりも、実際に活動が可能な緑地の方が人々の意識に大きな影響を与えることが示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | A study was conducted on burial mounds (kofun) in Fujiidera and Habikino cities, Osaka Prefecture, focusing on local biodiversity (cicadas and ants) and residents’ environmental awareness, in order to evaluate the biodiversity conservation function and environmental educational potential of these sites. The results indicated that cicada diversity was higher in kofun than in urban parks, and unique ant species were also identified, suggesting that kofun may contribute significantly to urban biodiversity conservation. Additionally, attachment to nature and the local community, as well as environmentally conscious behaviors, were found to correlate with the frequency of visits to parks and shrines. It was suggested that green spaces allowing for active engagement, such as parks and shrines, have a greater influence on environmental awareness than green spaces that are primarily visual, like kofun. | |||||||||
