| 内容記述 | 地域における社会課題を解決する方法としてコレクティブ・インパクトが注目されているが、実際にそれを機能させるにはバックボーン組織の形成とその活動が重要である。本研究ではバックボーン組織がいかに形成され、活動していくかの動態モデルを構築することを目指した。そのため、実際にバックボーン組織と思われる中間支援組織の長期的な動態を分析するために、日本における先駆的ケースと思われる「まちづくり情報センターかながわ」（通称アリスセンター）の35年にわたる組織の形成と活動を分析した。組織の関係者が時間経過の中で入替っていきながら組織の方向性や事業が形成されることが確認できた。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Collective Impact has been attracting attention as a way to solve social problems in local communities. And the formation of a backbone organization and its activities are important for it to actually function. In this study, we aimed to construct a dynamic model of how backbone organizations are formed and operate. To this end, we analyzed the formation and activities of the “Community Development Information Center Kanagawa” (commonly known as “Alice Center”), which is considered to be a pioneering case in Japan, over a period of 35 years in order to analyze the long-term dynamics of an intermediate support organization that is actually considered to be a backbone organization. We were able to confirm that the direction of the organization and its projects were formed as the people involved in the organization were replaced over time. | |||||||||
