| 内容記述 | 本研究「日本銀行のETF買入政策に関する研究」では、（１）ETF買入政策は株価に効果があったのか、（２）日銀のETF保有額が増加するなか価格変動による評価損益のリスクへの対処はどのように行うべきか、（３）出口戦略はどのようなものが考えられるか、という３つの問いに答えるべく研究を行った。本研究のアプローチの特徴として、「外国為替市場介入の効果と外貨準備に関する研究」を「ETF買入政策の効果と日銀のETF保有残高に関する研究」に応用する。現在の研究の進捗状況についてはいくつかの問題点を指摘され、修正中となっている。今後も引き続き研究を改善し進めていきたい。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study, "A Study on the Bank of Japan's ETF Purchase Policy," addresses three central questions: (1) Has the ETF purchase policy had a measurable impact on stock prices? (2) As the Bank of Japan’s ETF holdings grow, how should the risks associated with valuation gains and losses due to market fluctuations be managed? (3) What potential exit strategies can be envisioned for unwinding these holdings? A distinctive aspect of this study lies in its methodological approach by applying analytical frameworks traditionally used in studies on foreign exchange market interventions and foreign reserve management to examine the effects of the BOJ's ETF purchases and accumulation of ETF holdings. At this stage, several issues in the research have been identified, and revisions are currently in progress. The study will continue to be refined and developed further. | |||||||||
