| 内容記述 | 本研究の概要として、地域交通におけるリスク（＝自然災害や異常気象による路面状況の悪化がもたらす事故リスクと、動物の飛び出し等による事故リスクの２つ）に対し、①いかに素早く把握するか、そして②どう対策を取るか、という２点に関して提案を行うものである。これは経済学で言う社会的費用の低減効果測定であり、定量的な費用削減効果（費用対効果）を試算出来、学術的な意義は大きい。また社会的にはデータを社会で共有することによる行政の初動効率化へと直結し、こちらも大きな意義を持つと考える。委託先企業の開発遅れから、当初予定から大幅に遅れたが、本研究は次年度以降も続行するため研究面においてさらなる貢献が期待できる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study proposes two key approaches to risks in regional transportation: (1) how to quickly identify risks, and (2) how to implement countermeasures. These risks fall into two categories: accident risks caused by deteriorating road conditions due to natural disasters or abnormal weather, and accident risks caused by incidents such as animals darting onto roads. This constitutes a measurement of the reduction in social costs, as defined in economics, enabling the estimation of quantitative cost-saving effects. It holds significant academic merit. Furthermore, socially, it directly contributes to improving the efficiency of initial administrative responses through the sharing of data within society, which is also considered highly significant. Although the project was significantly delayed from its original schedule due to development delays at the contracted company, the research will continue into the next fiscal year and beyond, promising further contributions in the research domain. | |||||
