| 内容記述 | 研究最終年度は、この日本人学生の留学参加に関する5年間の研究プロジェクトの最終年度を着実に遂行した。IAFORハワイ国際教育会議（IICE2025）では「Challenges in Study Abroad Engagement: 2023 to 2024年の日本人学生からの洞察」と題して発表を行い、国際的な学術交流の場で有意義なフィードバックを得た。まこれらの成果は、学生の留学行動を形成する多面的要因に関する理論的・実証的探究の集大成である。今後は、得られた知見を基に理論モデルをさらに洗練させ、異文化発達やグローバル・コンピテンシーに関する研究を発展させていきたい。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Between April 2024 and March 2025, I successfully completed the final stage of my five-year research project on Japanese students' engagement in study abroad. At the IAFOR International Conference on Education in Hawaii (IICE2025), I presented a talk titled "Challenges in Study Abroad Engagement: Insights from Japanese Students in 2023 to 2024," receiving valuable international feedback. In addition, my paper, "Shifting Trends in Motivations for Study Abroad among Japanese Students," was accepted for presentation at the Hawaii International Conference on Education through a peer-reviewed process, highlighting the academic value of my work. These achievements reflect the culmination of a sustained effort to investigate the complex factors shaping student mobility. With the project now complete, I am committed to expanding this line of research by refining theoretical models and deepening empirical inquiry into students’ intercultural development and global competencies. | |||||||||
