| 内容記述 | 自己免疫性膵炎患者を前向きに登録し青黛の安全性・有効性を評価した。主要評価項目は安全性とし、副次的評価項目は、投与2週後、8週後、24週後の寛解率と、投与前後の血清中の各種免疫グロブリンおよびサイトカインの評価とした。5人の患者が登録された。試験期間中、5人の患者に有害事象は発生しなかった。腹痛と背部痛の改善は投与2週間後に認められ、8週間後には全例で完全に痛みが消失した。膵臓の腫大および血清中のIgG、IgG4、IFN-α、IL-33の濃度は投与前後で有意な変化は認められなかったが、治療後、IgG1およびIFN-γの減少とIgG2、IgG3、およびIL-22の増加が有意に認められた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of indigo naturalis (IN) for autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP). Eligible patients took one IN tablet twice a day (1.0g/day) for 8 weeks. The primary endpoint was the safety. The secondary endpoints were the rates of remission of the treatment and the evaluation of various immunoglobulins (Igs) and cytokines in serum. Five patients completed the protocol treatment by IN tablets as scheduled. No adverse events occurred during study period. Improvement of abdominal pain was seen after 2 weeks of the treatment, and completely pain relief was achieved after 8 weeks in all patients. Pancreatic swelling and serum concentration of IgG, IgG4, IFN-alpha, and IL-33 did not change significantly before and after treatment, whereas the decrease of IgG1 and IFN-gamma and increase of IgG2, IgG3, and IL-22 were seen with significance after the treatment. one patient relapsed 5 months after the end date of IN tablet administration and was treated with steroid. | |||||
