| 内容記述 | 8週齢雄性C57BL/6Jマウスで胸部に20Gyの単回照射を行ったところ、約16週時点で肺臓炎の出現を確認した。さらに放射線肺臓炎では間質の肥厚と著明な炎症細胞浸潤が認め、照射後の肺に免疫チェックポイント分子である programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1)の過剰発現を確認した。また、放射線照射後、正常肺組織のアポトーシスは12時間以降は減衰することを確認した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | After a single 20 Gy irradiation of the chest in 8-week-old male C57BL/6J mice, the appearance of radition pneumonitis was confirmed at approximately 16 weeks. Furthermore, thickening of the interstitium and marked inflammatory cell infiltration were observed in the radiation lung inflammation, and overexpression of the immune checkpoint molecule programmemed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) was confirmed in the lungs after irradiation. In addition, apoptosis in normal lung tissue was found to be attenuated after 12 hours of irradiation. | |||||||||
