| 内容記述 | 研究代表者の施設異動のために当初の研究計画を変更し、肺癌、脳転移、免疫療法の観点で研究を行った。肺癌脳転移症例の予後予測、脳転移放射線治療におけるリンパ球減少症、地固め免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の最適使用期間の３つについて研究を実施した。それぞれ、Lung-mol GPAシステムの妥当性の確認であること、リンパ球減少症に関わる因子として全脳照射が考えられること、６ヶ月以上の使用期間が必要であることが結果として得られた。いずれの成果も英文学術論文として公表することができた。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The original research plan was changed due to the transfer of the principal investigator to a different institution. The present work was conducted in the context of lung cancer, brain metastases and immunotherapy. Three studies were conducted: prognostication in cases of brain metastases from lung cancer, lymphopenia in radiotherapy for brain metastases, and the optimal duration of use of consolidation immune checkpoint inhibitors. The results showed, respectively, that the Lung-mol GPA system was validated, that whole-brain irradiation was a factor related to lymphopenia, and that a use period of at least six months was necessary. All results were published in English-language scientific articles. | |||||||||
