| 内容記述 | 重症免疫関連有害事象（irAE）の発症に関する因子を検索する目的で、当院において免疫チェックポイント阻害剤（ICI）治療を受けた症例のうち、CTCAEグレード3以上のirAEを発症した症例（A群）、ICIを受けたがグレード3以上のirAEは発症しなかった症例（B群）のPBMCを用いて免疫関連遺伝子発現解析を行った。A群ではB群と比較してcell proliferation、costimulatory signaling、interferon signaling、cytotoxicityのシグナル発現や、macrophagesやneutrophilsのスコアが高い可能性が示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | To identify factors associated with the development of severe immune-related adverse events (irAEs), we performed immune-related gene expression profiling on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) at our institution. Patients who developed severe irAEs were classified as group A, and those who did not develop severe irAEs despite receiving ICIs were classified as group B. Compared with group B, group A demonstrated a trend toward higher expression of pathways involved in cell proliferation, costimulatory signaling, interferon signaling, and cytotoxicity, as well as elevated macrophage and neutrophil scores. | |||||||||
