| 内容記述 | 本研究は先行して行ったモデル案を活用し、医療的ケアを必要とするこどもと家族に多職種で入院早期からセルフケアの維持・向上をめざした継続的な支援を行う在宅生活モデルを構築することを目的として行った。重篤な疾患や障害のあるこどもの中長期的な視点でこどもの成長や発達支援を考えるにあたりこどものセルフケアに着目することによって、多職種間の専門性を活かしながらこどもの捉え方やアセスメント、支援内容・方法を共有し、実践できる。また、親・養育者の適切な支援方法を提示することで、生活者であるこどもの権利と尊厳を守ることができると考えている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this research is to develop a home care model that utilizes the previously proposed model to provide continuous support for children and families requiring medical care, with a focus on maintaining and improving self-care from the early stages of hospitalization through a multi-disciplinary approach. By focusing on the child's self-care, it becomes possible to share and implement assessments, support methods, and strategies by utilizing the expertise across various disciplines, while ensuring a unified understanding of the child’s situation. Additionally, by presenting appropriate support methods for parents and caregivers, it is believed that the rights and dignity of the child, as a person, can be protected. | |||||
