| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は国内メガデータを作成し、2019年時点で世界的に未だ導入が進んでいない消化器領域の透視下医療処置に関する放射線被ばく量の基準（Diagnostic Reference Level: DRL）を作成し、世界に発信することであり、全国多施設にて前向きに消化器内科領域の医療放射線使用線量として、23施設から12,959件透視下内視鏡手技の放射線被ばく線量が測定された。また同時に631件の医療従事者放射線被ばく線量も測定された。解析結果は英語論文として5つが採択され、うち一つの論文はDRL2025に引用され、日本のDRLの項目に透視下内視鏡手技を組み入れる目的を達成した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to create domestic megadata and establish Diagnostic Reference Levels (DRLs) for radiation exposure associated with fluoroscopic medical procedures in the gastrointestinal field, which had not yet been widely adopted globally as of 2019. and disseminate them globally. Radiation exposure doses from 12,959 fluoroscopic endoscopic procedures were measured at 23 facilities nationwide, and simultaneously, radiation exposure doses for 631 healthcare workers were also measured. The analysis results were accepted as five English-language papers, one of which was cited in DRL2025, achieving the objective of incorporating fluoroscopy-guided endoscopic procedures into Japan's DRL guidelines. | |||||||||
