| 内容記述 | 指導者がいじめを認知した時点で、既に重大事態に陥っていることが推察される。そこで、いじめ未然防止教育として、生徒間での相互理解を深めるために、すべての生徒が当事者意識を持ち協働しながら参画できるエクササイズを開発し、年間計画に学期毎に意図的・計画的に位置づけ、教育実践を通してその教育効果を分析・検討した。一学期は全校学活として二人一組で、二学期と三学期は学級活動として四人一組で大判画の制作活動や自己理解・他者理解を深める構成的グループ・エンカウンターに取り組んだ。取組を通して、生徒自身では気づき得ないよさを仲間と共有することで、各々が自尊感情を高め、自己有用感を実感できた。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | It can be assumed that by the time an instructor becomes aware of bullying, it has already developed into a serious situation. Therefore, as a way of providing education to prevent bullying, the author has developed exercises that all pupils can take part in together with a sense of ownership in order to deepen mutual understanding, has allocated them in a deliberate and planned manner within each term throughout the annual teaching plan, and has analyzed and studied the educational effects of these exercises through their use in actual teaching. The pupils engaged in structured group encounters to deepen both self-understanding and understanding of others and to produce large illustrations in groups: two pupils per group done with the entire school, and four pupils per group done in each class. Through initiatives, pupils were able to get a sense of self-efficacy, heightening their sense of self-respect by sharing positive aspects they were unable to notice in themselves with others. | |||||||||
