| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、ICGを使用せず遊離組織移植後の口腔内皮弁の術後灌流を評価するための診断法を確立することであり、ICGで得られた画像のパターンに基づき、ピンプリック時間とcapillary refill timeを組み合わせて評価した。ICGによる皮弁の描出には２種類あり、一つはピンプリック型、もう一つは皮弁全体型であった。ピンプリック型は、主に静脈血のうっ血を伴う静脈優位な状態と考えられた。術後経過では、ピンプリック時間とCRTはわずかに延長した。症例数は限られており、有意差はなかった。ICGなしでもある程度は判断が可能であることが示唆されたが、より正確な評価にはより多くの症例が必要である。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to establish a diagnostic method for evaluating postoperative perfusion of intraoral skin flaps after free tissue transfer without using indocyanine green (ICG), and to evaluate the combination of pinprick time (PPT) and capillary refill time (CRT) based on the image pattern obtained with ICG. There were two types of flap visualization by ICG, one was pinprick type and the other was whole flap type. The pinprick type was considered to be mild congestion mainly accompanied by venous blood congestion. In the postoperative course, the pinprick time and capillary refill time were slightly prolonged. The number of cases was limited and no significant difference was found. It was suggested that it is possible to judge to some extent without using ICG, but more cases are needed for more accurate evaluation. | |||||||||
