| 内容記述 | A type of side-channel attack known as power analysis attack estimates the input values for computations from the power consumption waveforms of a computer system. This side-channel, with minimal noise in the analysis process, constitutes a potent attack. In our preliminary evaluations, it has been found to require only few minutes of analysis time to identify the secret key of vulnerable AES implementation. On the one hand, hardware-based power analysis attack countermeasures are effective; however, they demand significant implementation overhead. Particularly, the notable increase in implementation area is challenging to apply in circuit designs of actual products. In this paper, we propose a low-area overhead power attack countermeasure by leveraging existing hard macros when implementing AES as one hardware component of an SoC on FPGAs. | |||||||
