| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to develop differentiation inducers using peptides. Stem cells have been used in regenerative medicine. In particular, Somatic stem cell can avoid ethical issues and rejection reactions, but concerns such as low differentiation efficiency arise. In order to resolve this issue, we are attempting to induce differentiation through the addition of peptides using mouse P19CL6 cells as model cells. These P19CL6 cells are a type of embryonal carcinoma cells, and by adding DMSO, they differentiate into cardiomyocytes and acquire autonomous beating. In this experiment, we are examining peptides as differentiation inducers as an alternative to the organic solvent DMSO, which are also being focused on as materials for medium-sized molecular drug discovery. Autonomous beating was observed with two types of peptides. | |||||||||||||||||
