| 内容記述 | This study clarifies the importance and usefulness of citric acid-derived 5-membered cyclic carbonate resins (CA-TC) as environment-friendly thermosets. CA-TC resins prepared from citric acid and carbon dioxide were cured with diamine curing reagents, dioxyethylene diamine (DODA), isophorone diamine (IPDA), pentamethylene diamine (PMDA), and m-xylene diamine (mXDA). The thermal and mechanical properties were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and tensile measurement. The adhesion properties of the materials were evaluated by shear strength of metal substrates adhered with the cued resins. The enzymatic degradations of the materials were examined by immersing the cued resin films in enzyme (lipase from porcine pancreas, lipase from rhizopus oryzae, and protease from streptomyces griseus) solutions at 35℃ for 7 days. We found that wide varieties of the cured materials can be obtained and they are prone to be degradable by enzymes, which suggested the high importance and usefulness of CA-TC resins. | |||||||||||||||||
