| 内容記述 | 【概要】本研究は市区町村における認知症対策事業を研究対象とし, 立ち上げまでの期間について生存時間分析を行った。その結果, 比較的, 人口規模の大きな市区町村において迅速に認知症対策を実現できていること, 地域の医療・福祉人材, 認知症に関わる人材が豊富であるほど早期に事業を開始していることを示した。また, 同じ都道府県内の市区町村や同じ類似団体に所属する市区町村において参照行動による政策波及が生じていることを示した。これらの結果は, 中山間地域における認知症専門医の育成, 他の市区町村との連携強化の必要性を示すとともに, 近隣においていかにグッド・プラクティスを早期に生み出すかが重要であることを示すこととなった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study examines the timing of implementation of new dementia care policies across Japanese municipalities, applying survival analysis to identify factors associated with policy adoption. The analysis reveals that municipalities with relatively large populations tend to adopt new dementia care policies more rapidly. Municipalities with greater availability of local medical and welfare personnel, including those engaged in dementia care, are also more likely to implement these policies earlier. Furthermore, the study finds evidence of policy diffusion through referential behavior, particularly among municipalities within the same prefecture or with similar demographic and industrial structures. These findings underscore the importance of cultivating dementia care specialists in rural and mountainous areas and strengthening intermunicipal collaboration. They also highlight the critical role of early development and the dissemination of effective practices in promoting broader policy uptake. | |||||||||
