| 内容記述 | 【概要】本稿は, 「リージョナリズム(regionalism, 地域主義)」という概念について, 再考しようとするものである。なぜならば, 現在, 世界には様々な形態の地域統合が存在し, 数多くのFTA/EPAが締結されているにも関わらず, リージョナリズム概念は, 学術的にも, また実務においても, 必ずしも共通の理解がある訳ではないと考えるからである。本稿では, 「リージョナリズム」に関する有力な理論・学説を検討し, 第二次世界大戦後, 80年にわたり地域統合を先導してきたEUが採用する, 通商政策における「インターリージョナリズム」と「開かれた戦略的自律」政策を軸にして, リージョナリズムの意義をあきらかにし, EUのグローバル通商ガバナンス構想を示したい。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper attempts to reconsider the concept of “regionalism”. This is because, despite the existence of various forms of regional integration in the world today and the many FTA/EPAs that have been concluded, the concept of regionalism is not always commonly understood, both in academia and in practice. In this paper, we will review the leading theories on “regionalism,” clarify the significance of regionalism based on “interregionalism” in trade policy and the policy of “open strategic autonomy” adopted by the EU, which has been leading regional integration for 80 years since the end of World War II, and I would like to present the EU's vision of global trade governance. | |||||||||
