| 内容記述 | 【本旨】本稿では, 英語圏のビジネス・スクールで教育されている, 組織研究がどのような歴史を有するのかについて, 概観する。ここでは, 代表的な系譜の1つとして, バーナード・サイモン理論を中心にして検討するが, 日本語の翻訳本が出版されていることと, 現在でも用語が経営(企業)の行動を検討するために用いられていることを検討する著作の重要な条件とした。このため, 20世紀の開始から21世紀の開始に活躍した, ヴェブレンから始めて, シェルドン, バーリー・ミーンズ, バーナード, サイモン, マーチとスコットの著作を取りあげた。検討の結果として, 彼らの主張は, 行動科学と社会科学(behavioral and social sciences)に基づく, 組織研究(organization study), (企業行動論(the theory of business behavior))の展開とみなせることを指摘した。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper provides an overview of the history of the organizations studis in Anglophone business schools. Here, we will focus on Bernard-Simon's theory as one of the representative genealogies, but it is an essential condition for the works to consider that a Japanese translation has been published and that the term is still used to examine the behavior of management (companies). For this reason, I have taken up the writings of Veblen, Sheldon, Berle・Means, Bernard, Simon, March and Scott, who active from the beginning of the twentieth century to the beginning of the twenty-first century. As a result of the examination, it was pointed out that their argument can be regarded as a development of the organizations study (the theory of business behavior) based on behavioral and social sciences. | |||||||||
