| 内容記述 | 【概要】EUが2006年に打ち出した「グローバル・ヨーロッパ」戦略は, 多国間交渉の停滞や新興国の台頭に対応し, EU通商政策をFTA重視へと転換させた。この戦略の一環として締結されたEU韓国FTAは, 関税撤廃, 非関税障壁の緩和, 知的財産権の保護強化, サービス貿易の促進を通じて両国間の経済関係を一層深化させた。この協定により, EUでは経済回復が加速し, 韓国においては輸出市場の多角化が進展した。本稿では, EU通商政策の背景とその進展を概観し, EU韓国FTAの経済的影響と対外経済戦略における意義を論じる。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The "Global Europe" strategy, introduced in 2006, marked a shift in EU trade policy toward emphasizing FTAs in response to the stagnation of multilateral negotiations and the rise of emerging economies. A representative example is the EU-Korea FTA, which deepened economic relations between the two parties through tariff elimination, the reduction of non-tariff barriers, strengthened intellectual property rights, and the promotion of trade in services. As a result, the EU experienced accelerated economic recovery, while Korea achieved diversification of its export markets. This paper analyzes the background and progress of EU trade policy and examines the economic impact of the EU-Korea FTA, as well as its significance within the EU's external economic strategy. | |||||||||
