| 内容記述 | This paper investigates whether the implementation of kaizen practices can enhance the recovery of Vietnamese firms following the Covid 19 pandemic. Kaizen is Japanese well-known working practices, especially in production to solve problems and achieve improvements in quality, cost and delivery. Kaizen has been introduced to Vietnamese firms through Japan – Vietnam collaborative programs for many years; however, its contributions remain unclear. Using a sample of Vietnamese firms surveyed by the World Bank, we find that the implementation of kaizen practices significantly contributes to the recovery of these firms in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings offer implications for both Vietnamese policy makers and firms. | |||||||
