| 内容記述 | Hepatic tissue blood flow was measured simultaneously by the laser Doppler (LD) method and the hydrogen-gas clearance (HC) method in five adult mongrel dogs. A significant positive correlation between the LD method and the HC method was noted (with surface-type probe: r=0.83 (p<0.01); with needle-type probe: r=0.81 (p<0.01)). The LD method can measure hepatic tissue blood flow easily and continuously, and thus, is very useful during anesthesia and surgery. | |||||||||||||||||||||
