| 内容記述 | A psychotherapeutic approach based on the theory of Benedetti G. was applied to a male in his mid-30's who presented with schizophreniform psychosis. Communication in the third reality was made possible, and a cure was achieved, as the therapist participated in the patient's delusion of world destruction and role-playing with the patient. Appersonation was observed in this process. We learned by reading the notebook, which the patient had brought after the disappearance of delusion, that the patient had experienced the therapist's experience as if it had been his already at the initial examination. The patient recovered his sanity by assuming the therapist's personality. The patient left remarks resembling proverbs, and there are creative aspects in his psychotic self-projection. In addition, autotherapeutic efforts of the patient should not be overlooked. | |||||||
