| 内容記述 | An analysis method of micafungin in pharmaceutical preparations using capillary zone electrophoresis is elaborated. Borate buffer (0.1M; pH9.5) is employed as a running buffer, electrophoresis is performed at 25℃ and 25kV, and detection is carried out at 200nm. Acetaminophen is employed as an internal standard. The method is validated and the specificity, linearity, LOD, LOQ, accuracy, precision, and robustness of capillary zone electrophoresis are evaluated. | |||||||||
