| 内容記述 | As of 1986, a total of 1,065 people had visited our speech and language clinic since it opened in 1977. We performed a statistical study on this group which evaluated the number of patients per year, age, sex, and type of disorder. We saw an average of around 100 patients each year, whose disorders were distributed as follows : delayed language 30.2%, dysarthria 12.9%, aphasia 11.9%, hard-of-hearing 8.5%, functional articulation disorder 7.9%, cleft palate 6.5%, stuttering 5.4%, and others 16.8%. Age distribution varied according to the type of disorder. There were more males than females, this tendency was especially remarkable in those with stuttering, delayed language, and aphasia. | |||||||||||||||||
