| 内容記述 | 保育現場において“気になる子”は増加傾向にあり，多くの保育者が対応について悩んでいる。そこで，本研究では，①保育者の“気になる子”についての悩み方を明らかにすること，②悩み方に経験年数による違いがあるのかを明らかにすることを目的とした。方法としては，まずキンダーカウンセラーとの相談内容について保育者へインタビューを実施した。次に，行ったインタビューの内容を逐語に起こし，共起ネットワーク図を描画した後，実際の語りの内容を確認した。分析の結果，若手保育者は目の前の保育について困っており，中堅保育者は園と保護者や集団と子どもといった関係性の間で悩み，ベテラン保育者になると悩み方に傾向はみられなかった。また，若手保育者は具体的なアドバイスを求めており，中堅保育者からベテラン保育者になるにつれて保育者自身が方向性を定めつつ相談している等，保育者の経験年数によってキンダーカウンセラーの活用方法にも違いがみられた。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The number of "children of concern" in kindergartens and nursery schools is increasing, and teachers struggle to manage these children. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify how kindergarten teachers are concerned about “children of concern.” Further, it sought to elucidate whether there are differences in how teachers are concerned based on their years of experience. First, we interviewed the teachers about the content of their consultations with kindergarten counselors. Next, the content of the interviews was transcribed verbatim. After drawing a cooccurrence network diagram, the actual content of the narratives was confirmed. The analysis revealed that young teachers were concerned about the current childcare situation. Mid-career teachers were concerned about the relationship between the school and parents and between the group and children. Moreover, no significant trend in the content of veteran teachers’ concerns was observed. Younger teachers sought specific advice from kindergarten counselors, whereas mid-career and veteran teachers used the counselors to guide their decisionmaking. This suggested that using kindergarten counselors varied depending on the teachers’ years of experience. | |||||||||||||
