| 内容記述 | 「養護」という用語は論理的かつ体系的にとらえられることがほとんどないまま、社会的歴史的には「養育」に対応する相対概念としての役割を担ってきたと考えられる。そこで本稿では、制定当時の「児童福祉法」、次に「児童の代替的養護に関する国連指針」「社会的養護の課題と将来像」「新しい社会的養育ビジョン」に表れる養護と養育の実例に着目し、使われ方の実際を検討することにより、養護と養育の用語の変遷及び養護と養育の概念について考察する。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | I think that the term " Yogo " has played the role of a concept corresponding to Yoiku without any systematic consideration. This paper will therefore examine the usage of the terms " Yogo " and " Yoiku " as they appear in the Child Welfare Act, the UN guidelines, the future of Social Child care, and New Social Childcare vision. We then consider the evolution of the terms Yogo and Yoiku and the concepts of Yogo and Yoiku. | |||||||||
